What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you fill out a form or buy a ticket to our show via Ticketsource.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
If you become a member we may also hold images, information about your measurements, shows performed in and other relevant information used within our productions.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
To personalise your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
To improve our website
To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and enquiries)
To process transactions for ticketing and box office functions
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for commercial gain, without your consent.
We may transfer your data to third parties, for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. This will only ever be to process payments, and manage ticket sales.
To send periodic emails
The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.
Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

The right to object gives you the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
This gives any individual the right to request the deletion or removal of personal data if they do not wish to allow its continued use and “where there is no compelling reason for its continued processing” and no statutory reason to retain your data. However this may also mean as we have no record of your request, that we may end up sending you information if your details are fed into our systems again.
As an organisation we can keep your data “in the performance of a task in the public interest”, and can refuse to remove you from our records if there is a regulatory reason to keep them such as managing accounts for example.
All our newsletters we send to you will allow you to quickly and automatically remove your details from our mailing list. If you have a problem with this or are confused about the process then please email Petersfield.LandU@gmail.com and we will remove you on your behalf.
If you would like to update your information, correct any errors or request a copy of the data we hold on you then please use the same contact details to make your request.

wp-settings-time-2 – Has no impact on user experience and do not store any personal information. Contains some information about user’s general geographic location. These cookies are persistent and expire in 1 year.
gsScrollPos – Google maps cookie which expires when you leave.
PHPSESSID – Stores data based on account preferences. Expires when you leave the site.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This excludes trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, selling tickets, or servicing your requests, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
